Ink Road Stamps: Making the most of your stamp collection!

I was bummed that I didn’t get a chance to use Ink Road Stamps – Fir Real set before Christmas. The tree stamps are gorgeous and you should all know by now how much I love stamping patterns. I also have a huge stash of Christmas, Valentines, Easter etc. stamps that just sit in their packaging to only get used once a year…so I was determined to figure out a way to use this set! After staring at it for a bit, I realised a simple masking technique would turn those trees into a triangular geometric shape that I could work into an awesome background…

Growing in Unity: Day 1

Yippee!! After waiting 11 months, 10 days, it's finally my week to share my Unity cards. 5 whole days of inspiration is coming your way...oh! and lets not forget the sponsored giveaway by Unity at the end of my week - a grab bag with 25 random stamps! My first card I decided to use one of my favourite sets - I actually combined two (no, three!) Unity sets that really go well together. How do you use your Unity stamps? Would you mix and match them? When I first starting stamping (15 years ago) the thought of mixing sets would make me cringe - but now... no problems! I think it's a great way to make the most of your stamp collection. A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work.
