Be Kind.

Who doesn't love to colour?
Adult colouring books seem to be making a big splash at the moment. You can buy them in shops or online and they are absolutely stunning images/patterns. I came across this image looking at an online book (that I'm still pondering about buying)...

This one was a free image (bonus) and if you pinterest or Google you'd be able to find a number of free downloads that you could colour in without having to buy it.

I printed it out a manageable size that could then be turned into a card, die cut it out and coloured it in using copic markers. (First time colouring in a large image and not leaving any white space!) I love it! Such a relaxing way to spend my nights once the kids have gone to sleep, didn't have to think much about it, just went with the flow :)

I will add that I was very happy with how my copics went with the printed page, I was concerned that it might smudge and I'm not sure how it would go with watercolour, but i had no issue with it this time.

I adhered it to Blue card stock and it was done! Or so I thought... today I also received a package of paper smooches goodies, I ordered last week (my mother's day present!). I couldn't help myself, I wanted to test one of their dies - so I added one of the borders dies to the top and the bottom. Added some matching enamel dots and then it was done! I can't wait to play with my paper smooches goodies. (Excited dance!)

Here is the card:

"If you can be ANYTHING be KIND."
