Uniquely Creative: December Kit

The lovely Kasia (Ink.Paper.Cloth.Life) handed me the December kit and asked if I wanted to have a play! I really couldn't say no...after all how cute are these!!! My last guest appearance for Uniquely Creative I got to play around with penguins (blog link: here) I honestly thought: "can't get any cuter than this" - but apparently you can!

The cards below use the snorkel pals add-on stamp, but the stamp in the kit (which I ended up purchasing after I made these cards) are equally beautiful designs (mermaids - I LOVE mermaids!). I intend to create more ocean/sea themed cards after the crazy Christmas period and inbetween the quietness of waiting for the new year!

Here is the first card: (this card makes me giggle a little!)

The one of many things I love about these kits - is that I'm using my Copic markers and colouring! Though you could use any medium: pencils, watercolour... etc. I just enjoy colouring and honestly don't do it enough! It's one of my 2018 creative resolution...

Here is the second card:

These cards are pretty simple in that I chose to only colour the 'snorkelers' while stamping the other sea animals to create a background (Versafine - Black Onyx). I've listed the copic markers below as a reference for you. The sentiments are heat embossed in white on black card and I've used foam tape to prop the sentiments and the snorkeler's up for added interest.

Snorkel Girl:

All information about these kits can be found on their website - Uniquely Creative. They offer a subscription, but it's optional and there are quite a few stockist around Australia now too.

I'll be back soon sharing a few more cards I created with this kit. Happy Crafting!

Samantha
