Elizabeth Craft Designs: Some-bunny Loves You!

Elizabeth Craft Designs has the cutest bunny die! I've made a few Easter cards (for March) which I can't wait to share with you but I couldn't help myself... I had to use this cute bunny die to create an 'I LOVE YOU' card - perfect for valentine's or any occasion where you want to express your 'love'. 

Here is my card: 
I started off with a white card front (which I had die-cut using Elizabeth Craft Designs - Dashing Rectangles) and masked off the area I would later adhere my bunny in. I then stamped the sentiment from Elizabeth Craft Designs - Love Sentiments stamp set alternating in colours to create an 'I LOVE YOU' background. I added some hand stitched elements to the card and adhered it to a light pink card base. The bunny was die-cut using grey and light pink card - areas of the bunny highlighted with a blending tool and a slightly darker ink colour then the card. I assembled my bunny and adhered this to the card. Embellished with sequins and twine and I added Enamel Dot eyes to the bunny! 

I think she is super cute! Batting her eye lashes...

Yippee!! A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. A Spring Inspired Card...

This week (or should I say the last few weeks) have been super crazy busy! We got good news, my Hubby renewed his work contract with the option to move back home to Adelaide (which of course we jumped at!) So...we are now packing our belongings in to boxes and the worst room is...come on! have a guess! :) Yup!! My craft room... But its mostly packed up, with the exception of a few stamps, paper packs, a handful of embellishments and my copic markers.  Last week, in between all the craft room packing (I got distracted a few times!) I created this card, its from Unity's ...bunches of love stamps. I decided to make a few, I hate having left over paper, so I tend to create a card (generally for someone's birthday coming up) and then duplicate it so I have a stash of cards for those occasions you forget someones birthday coming up!  This was the perfect stamp set to do this!
