Birthday Decorations using my Silhouette Cameo!

Liam's construction themed first birthday was a great success! and...as promised here are a few photos of the birthday cake decoration created using my Silhouette Cameo. I ran out of time (as predicted) when it came to creating some signs (with sayings: Caution, Stop, Detour Ahead etc.). I did however, manage to create a scrapbook page guest sheet that I forgot to get people to sign (bugger!)...but I will still use it as a title page or something. I used my sketch pens when making it and really loved how it turned out.

 The cake!







This cake was made by my sister and decorated by myself. It was a joint effort with great results... no left overs :(

Yippee!! A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. A Spring Inspired Card...

This week (or should I say the last few weeks) have been super crazy busy! We got good news, my Hubby renewed his work contract with the option to move back home to Adelaide (which of course we jumped at!) So...we are now packing our belongings in to boxes and the worst room is...come on! have a guess! :) Yup!! My craft room... But its mostly packed up, with the exception of a few stamps, paper packs, a handful of embellishments and my copic markers.  Last week, in between all the craft room packing (I got distracted a few times!) I created this card, its from Unity's ...bunches of love stamps. I decided to make a few, I hate having left over paper, so I tend to create a card (generally for someone's birthday coming up) and then duplicate it so I have a stash of cards for those occasions you forget someones birthday coming up!  This was the perfect stamp set to do this!
