Jaded Blossom: Guest Designer Day 1 (June Release Week)

If you didn't know...I was lucky to be asked to guest design for Jaded Blossom. This meant I got a early peak at this months release! So I've been waiting eagerly to share a whole weeks worth of cards and party favors! 

Here is Day 1 of release week using the stamp set So Jelly:

I decided to I really wanted to create an ocean scene but I didn't want to use traditional blue/green colours. The pinks and purples worked so well with this stamp set which has a whole bunch of 'love' themed sentiments. I also decided to heat embossed the cute jellyfish in white on black card. The card background by itself is quite bright so I needed to add some contrasts - I love how they both pop off the card.

Yippee!! A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. A Spring Inspired Card...

This week (or should I say the last few weeks) have been super crazy busy! We got good news, my Hubby renewed his work contract with the option to move back home to Adelaide (which of course we jumped at!) So...we are now packing our belongings in to boxes and the worst room is...come on! have a guess! :) Yup!! My craft room... But its mostly packed up, with the exception of a few stamps, paper packs, a handful of embellishments and my copic markers.  Last week, in between all the craft room packing (I got distracted a few times!) I created this card, its from Unity's ...bunches of love stamps. I decided to make a few, I hate having left over paper, so I tend to create a card (generally for someone's birthday coming up) and then duplicate it so I have a stash of cards for those occasions you forget someones birthday coming up!  This was the perfect stamp set to do this!
