Jaded Blossom: Guest Designer Day 2 (June Release Week)

It's Day 2 of release week over at Jaded Blossom! I was so excited to see this little guy in my guest design package. I've always wanted a sloth stamp set and this little critter is just the cutest!

Here is a card I created using the stamp set Take It Slow:
I first stamped and used my silhouette cameo to cut out the sloth image. I then coloured him in using Copic markers. I used Jaded Blossom - Alphabet dies to created an additional feature on the card. I wanted the sloth to look like he was connected to a tree. The 'Happy Birthday' originally was dark brown but it disappeared on the corrugated card base. I die-cut the letters in white instead and it tied the whole card together with the heat embossed sentiment also embossed in white. I finished the card off by embellishing it with sequins and twine.

Yippee!! A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. A Spring Inspired Card...

This week (or should I say the last few weeks) have been super crazy busy! We got good news, my Hubby renewed his work contract with the option to move back home to Adelaide (which of course we jumped at!) So...we are now packing our belongings in to boxes and the worst room is...come on! have a guess! :) Yup!! My craft room... But its mostly packed up, with the exception of a few stamps, paper packs, a handful of embellishments and my copic markers.  Last week, in between all the craft room packing (I got distracted a few times!) I created this card, its from Unity's ...bunches of love stamps. I decided to make a few, I hate having left over paper, so I tend to create a card (generally for someone's birthday coming up) and then duplicate it so I have a stash of cards for those occasions you forget someones birthday coming up!  This was the perfect stamp set to do this!
