Jaded Blossom: Guest Designer Day 5 (June Release Week)

What a fun week it's been sharing projects I created with Jaded Blossoms June release! Today is day 5 and the last day of their release week. Here is a card I created using the stamp set: Mew Did It. 
I paired this stamp set up with their Kitty Faces stamp (also part of their new release). I thought the mouse to the top right, above the sentiment, was a funny edition to this card. 
Technique Used: I went really simple for this card. I stamped and used a masking technique (with masking paper) to create my background of clawing cats. I stamped them in light grey. The main cat was stamped on grey card (cut out with my silhouette cameo) and adhered to the centre of my card front. I added machine stitched borders and then stamped the mouse (also in light grey) before adhering the sentiment.
I embellished the card with twine and enamel dots.

Below are two extra additions I created using the Lollipop die and the Ric Rac Topper die. This stamp set comes with a lot a funny/sweet 'puns' - I saw the word 'scratch' and wanted to create some sort of scratchy project with it. 
So I stamped the mouse and a few extra images from Jaded Blossoms: Kitty Faces and added the scratch off stickers. Such a fun idea - you're either gonna scratch and win a mouse...or fish bones...

Yippee!! A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. A Spring Inspired Card...

This week (or should I say the last few weeks) have been super crazy busy! We got good news, my Hubby renewed his work contract with the option to move back home to Adelaide (which of course we jumped at!) So...we are now packing our belongings in to boxes and the worst room is...come on! have a guess! :) Yup!! My craft room... But its mostly packed up, with the exception of a few stamps, paper packs, a handful of embellishments and my copic markers.  Last week, in between all the craft room packing (I got distracted a few times!) I created this card, its from Unity's ...bunches of love stamps. I decided to make a few, I hate having left over paper, so I tend to create a card (generally for someone's birthday coming up) and then duplicate it so I have a stash of cards for those occasions you forget someones birthday coming up!  This was the perfect stamp set to do this!
