Ink Road Stamp: Pattern Play with Between the Lines

I can't believe how fast the months are flying by! Last week an awful cold flew through the household - I'm only now feeling better and playing blog catch up with all my June blog post.

I decided to take Ink Road Stamps Between the Lines and create a triangle background which included making use of the stamp set to highlight and add interest to my background. This took quite a bit of time but well worth the effort - I kept it simple by adding the sentiments from Just a Number using the same colour palette. 

While I had the stamp set out I decided to create another card. This time I stamped on strips of cardstock and stamped the sentiments directly on to the card. I added this to a black card base. I love the contrast in colour. The bright really pops of the card!
