Elizabeth Craft Designs: 'Tis The Season

Hello & welcome!

I'm on the Elizabeth Craft Designs blog with this very elegant Christmas card using the new release Snowflakes Border die. I decided to pair the die with Silk Microfine Glitter in some not so traditional Christmas colours. I added the sentiment from their Classic Christmas stamp and embellished the card with a twine bow and sequins. Supplies Used:

Twine
Sequins
Tape Runner/Glue Dots/3D tape
Sewing machine
Cuttlebug
Grey Dye Ink
Paper trimmer/Scissors

Here are the two extra cards I created with this border die - I simply changed the border die orientation on my cardfront as well as the glitter colour and sentiment.

Growing in Unity: Day 1

Yippee!! After waiting 11 months, 10 days, it's finally my week to share my Unity cards. 5 whole days of inspiration is coming your way...oh! and lets not forget the sponsored giveaway by Unity at the end of my week - a grab bag with 25 random stamps! My first card I decided to use one of my favourite sets - I actually combined two (no, three!) Unity sets that really go well together. How do you use your Unity stamps? Would you mix and match them? When I first starting stamping (15 years ago) the thought of mixing sets would make me cringe - but now... no problems! I think it's a great way to make the most of your stamp collection. A Super Quick Card!

Just sharing another card I made (with the help of master 2 1/2yo). Stamp is unity -  Vase with stripes.  C oloured with prisma pencils and gamsol. A super quick card to make as master 2 1/2yo did most of the work. I just added some washi tape, sequins, twine and a stamp I coloured in during the week (for practice)  :) Entered into  ARTastic Inspiration Photo Challenge . Link to Unity Friends with Flair.
